Get all applications maxes out at 10000 results

Hello,

We are trying to run a synchronization job that iterates through all applications and compares to previous results, so that in our system, we can delete the candidates that are already deleted in join. But all queries, no matter the page size, seem to max at 10000 results.

This used to work previously.

Is there any way to accomplish the same goal?
