Can we access Talent Pool candidates over the API?

Dear JOIN developers,

Candidates qualified for the talent pool do not show up in data returned by the API endpoint GetAllApplications: https://docs.join.com/reference/getapplications

Is there a way to retrieve talent pool applicant data over the API? Could this endpoint be implemented? Without proper matching of talent pool applicants to new positions, we could do that externally if the API was implemented.
